| Description: Item #D1128 Only in production until June 30, 2001.
Carat Croft is occupied by elves who are master jewel cutters. They are attended by nine goblins and guarded day and night. Could this be a clue, or is it just another red herring?
This is the second piece in an exciting collection where you stand the chance to win a real 2000 Gold Bullion Full Sovereign by the Royal Mint.
In this series, four David Winter Cottages will be introduced. Concealed somewhere on each model you will find two symbols that represent letters. When you have found and solved the eight clues, you will then be able to spell out a word. Once you've worked out what the word is, you'll have cracked the code and you can enter a special draw for one of ten Year 2000 Gold Bullion Full Sovereigns.
The answer to the clues is so secret that only two people apart from David know what it is. Earlier this year, the answer was written on parchment, sealed and placed in a secure bank vault, together with the ten Sovereigns. This vault will not be opened again until July 31, 2002 which is when the draw will take place. Closing date for your completed entries is July 15, 2002.
Remember, the code symbols will not be the same on each model, which means you'll have a lot of investigating to do! Attached to the card of each cottage will be a token. You must detach each token and include them with your entry.
This cottage, Carat Croft, is the second model in the series. The first, The Assayer's Tower (D1110), was released in June 2000. The next will be released in June 2001, with the last one being released in January 2002. Each cottage will only be in production for 6 months, with the draw taking place on July 31, 2002.
